Fort Madison Man And Burlington Woman Sentenced On Local Production Of Child Pornography Charges DAVENPORT - On August 27, 2007, Adam Wayne Sutcliffe, age 27, of Fort Madison, Iowa, and Tammy Sue Montgomery, age 41, of Burlington, Iowa, were sentenced for production of child pornography, announced United States Attorney Matthew G. Whitaker. Sutcliffe was sentenced to a term of 180 months imprisonment, and Montgomery was sentenced to a term of 204 months imprisonment. United States District Judge John Jarvey also ordered Sutcliffe and Montgomery to serve the rest of their lives on supervised release following imprisonment, and to each pay $100 to the Crime Victims Fund. Judge Jarvey emphasized this was a horrific crime and he needed to impose sentences that would have a deterrent effect on others. The production of child pornography offense for which Sutcliffe and Montgomery were sentenced occurred in March of 2006, and involved a five-year old girl. Sutcliffe pled guilty to the charges on April 2, 2007, and Montgomery pled guilty to the charges on February 21, 2007. This prosecution was handled by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa. The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
